Order Processing Time

Orders for standard items such as qipao top and qipao dress are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Non-quality related returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Quality-related returns: We will cover the return shipping costs using our designated courier.
