Eligible for Return

Standard qipao returns (non-customized) are accepted within 14 days after receipt.
The item must remain in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
All original tags and labels must be intact.
The original packaging (including dust bags, gift boxes, etc.) must be retained.
The item must not show any signs of use, such as perfume residue, makeup stains, etc.

Not Eligible for Return

Used items or items that affect resale value, such as perfume residue.
Silk items that have been deformed or faded due to improper storage by the customer.
Altered items by the customer, such as cutting, lengthening, etc.
Damage caused by improper wear, such as snags or tears.
Items returned after the specified return period.
Quality issues not reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return Process

Use the Contact Us service to explain the reason for the return. We will review it and process it according to the relevant return policy.
If there is a quality issue, please take clear photos as evidence and attach them to your email.
After evaluation, you will receive the return address and detailed shipping instructions.

Return Packaging Requirements

Please use the original packaging (dust bag and gift box) to prevent folding of the silk fabric.
Return the item via the specified courier and keep the tracking number for reference.
For sets, the entire set must be returned; partial returns are not accepted.
Gifts must be returned with the item; otherwise, the corresponding amount will be deducted based on the market price.
When returning the item, please include “Return of Goods” along with the original order number.
The declared value must match the export declaration provided by us.

Return Shipping Fees

Returns for non-quality issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Returns for quality issues: We will cover return shipping fees using our designated courier.
International orders: The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties.

Refund Method

We will process your refund once we receive the returned item.
If the item is undamaged and meets our return conditions, a full refund will be issued.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
The processing time may vary based on the payment provider, typically taking 3-10 business days.
